5/4/23 from 10:30am-1:30pm – Outside @ the Avalon
Colorado Legislative Update Kick Off:
Our event kicks off at 10:30am with Destiny Bossert, with the Colorado Apartment Association. She will provide our community with an update on the current status of various initiatives around the state that are impacting BARHA members.
Vendor Showcase:
Come and enjoy social time in a casual, relaxed environment with other BARHA members. Food truck, open bar, photo booth, prizes and LOTS of people that you need to meet!
Need an inspection? Need insurance for your properties? Need a vendor you can trust? Come to the BARHA VENDOR SHOWCASE! We have everything you need as a property manager or landlord!

Owners/Property Managers $40 (includes lunch, snacks & dessert)

Vendors! Looking to network and grow your business? Take advantage of getting in front of numerous prospective customers – IN PERSON! Make great new contacts and see old friends!
Meet and talk with BARHA owner/property manager members who represent thousands of units in a welcoming atmosphere
Collect business cards and provide a give-away to be distributed after the showcase.
