BARHA introduces vendors and suppliers to rental property owners and managers representing over 14,000 rental units in the Boulder area. Every month BARHA’s owners and managers purchase thousands of dollars of products and services.

Access to a Network of Owners and Property Managers: Industry Partner members have access to owners and property manager members through our events.
BARHA Directory: Each industry partner is listed in our Vendor Directory (distributed monthly) and our website under a category that they hand select. This is a go-to listing for our owners and property managers when they need services.
Membership Directory: BARHA provides an annual membership directory that includes contact information for all BARHA members. Each industry partner receives a copy of this directory.

BARHA provides a number of ways for our industry partners to showcase their businesses to the membership.

Vendor Showcase: Showcase your business at our annual Vendor Showcase event where owners and property managers can shop for services from trusted partners
Advertise In Our Monthly Newsletter: Members rely on our monthly news to stay abreast of current happenings in Boulder County and the industry. The newsletter is distributed to over 300 members and will keep you at the forefront when owners are looking for services.
Sponsorship: BARHA offers a number of sponsorship opportunities for industry partners to gain exposure to the perfect target audience.

BARHA creates opportunities for Vendor/Supplier members to highlight their offerings to prospective buyers and a complete Membership Directory is available to all members.

PROMOTION

Vendor members are listed in BARHA’s monthly newsletter and inexpensive advertising space is available in the Newsletter and Directory. You also have the opportunity to present your services at the monthly luncheon.

Vendor and Supplier Code of Conduct

Our vendors and suppliers must follow a code of conduct to be part of BARHA. It ensures all members reflect well on our other members, and protects us all from risk.

1-4 Employees	$250 Annual Membership Fee
5-9 Employees	$365 Annual Membership Fee
10-19 Employees	$455 Annual Membership Fee
20+ Employees	$495 Annual Membership Fee
