Kick Off Party/Community Resource Fair
Join us at the Boulder Social on 9/19/24 from 4:30-6:30pm to meet your new leadership team and celebrate the end of summer.  
What's on the Agenda:

4:30-5:30: Join us for our Community Resource Fair where you can ask questions of representatives in our community:
- CU Boulder Off Campus Housing: Get an update from CU Boulder about what's happening this fall.
- Boulder Police Department: Ask questions and learn about how to keep your property safe and reduce crime.
- Janet Leap Team, ReMax of Boulder: Ask real estate questions of our platinum sponsor, Janet leap and her team.
- City of Boulder Rental Licensing:  Have questions about rental licensing, inspections or more?  Kevin Bennett with City of Boulder Rental Licensing will be available for Q&A.
- SERVPRO:  Peggy and Shilo will be available for questions about mold and water loss.
-General Services: Heather will be there to answer your questions about snow removal, chimney clean up and other property maintenance issues.

5:30-6:30 Meet Your Leadership & Enjoy Dinner
- Talk with your new board members about our goals for this year and what we will be working on during this fiscal.
- Connect with other members and committees and learn how you can get more out of your membership
- Meet and greet with others in our community and enjoy some food and beverages (dinner and non-alcohol beverage included in ticket price)
