Nuts & Bolts -- November 8 from 12:00 to 1:45 PM
There are lots of good ideas out there!! Come to our "Nuts & Bolts" meeting this Thursday, Nov 8 and you are bound to pick up some great new ideas and helpful suggestions. We'll have some questions that our vendors can best answer, so they'll be at this meeting for all our members.
For example:
Did you know there are now batteries that last for 10 years? -- doesn't that make living with smoke detectors a lot easier! No one likes the hassle of replacing smoke alarm batteries yearly and now we don't have to!! This is important info for both your home and your properties.
Do you allow pets in your units - how about providing new tenants with a special pet collar - they make tenants feel like you are making a welcoming gesture and it makes your life easier as now you can know at a glance if the pet is supposed to be on your property since all of "your" legal pets have the same collar on- use a nice bright color and the identification is even easier!!
Ever wondered about accepting rent by credit cards - come and hear other's experiences.
All of this great info plus a nice lunch and some important business including announcements about new happenings in the mind of Boulder city government!
